Based in Newcastle, Australia Scarlett has been training and working in the fitness industry for over 5 years. Scarlett is studying a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics and regularly shares nutrition tips and recipes on social media. Like many of us, Scarlett loves home workouts and Pilates is her favourite. Scarlett’s classes are practical, suitable for all ages and fitness types, are easy to follow and perfect if you’re just getting started in your fitness regime.
