Scarlett’s FITNESS

Hi I am Scarlett – Pilates Instructor and dietitian   in Newcastle, Australia. 

I have been in the fitness industry for 7 years and studied a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics. I love health and fitness and want to spread that as far as I can and with as many people as I can. Over the last two years my passion for Pilates and home workouts has grown and that is going to be what I am brining to you here. I found a way that I love to exercise, and I hope you find that in here too.

 I am so excited to be able to bring my classes to you online and connect with people out of Newcastle and I am positive you are going to love my classes and how they make you feel.

Every week I will be bringing new classes to this site including Pilates, HIIT, stretching, relaxation, challenges and home-based weight workouts. From these classes you can choose the way you like to train and fit them into your week anytime, anywhere.

Qualifications:

Certificate III In Fitness – Charles Darwin University
Certificate IV in Fitness – Australian Institute of Personal Trainers
Mat work pilates level 1 – Pilates institute of Queensland
Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics

Dietitian At Ethos Health

Scarlett is a dietitian at Ethos Health in Newcastle she sees clients in person or online through Ethos Health.  Scarlett completed her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Newcastle. Scarlett is passionate about helping people understand the role of nutrition in their everyday life and by simplifying complex information into practical strategies. Scarlett is a generalist dietitian who can see you for any diagnosed health condition and weight loss. With a particular interest in general sports nutrition, improving people’s relationship with food, disordered eating, women’s health and gastrointestinal issues such as IBS.
